174 Hz: Relieves Pain & Stress, alleviate pain and stress, improve concentration, and give the organs in the body a sense of security.  The lowest recognized solfeggio frequency is 174 Hz, also known as the healing frequency. It has the greatest impact on the body and physical health, rather than spiritual or mental health. People mainly experience pain relief from this frequency, although it also reduces stress.

The music is in the key of F (not A as I had previously and incorrectly calculated) and processed to 174 Hz: The music opens with an eastern gong sound (at 174 Hz) and uses very organic and melodic synths with a subtle melody. I have also used subtle forest bird sounds in the first half. The second half slows down and becomes simpler, with the underlying base tone becoming more prominent, this has the effect of deepening the listener into the music. I have used natural wind sounds in this second half.  Your voice has been added to the music in much the same way I would add a singer - except that I have pushed the 174 Hz frequency of your voice upwards, and it has been processed for extra clarity with a nice hall reverb effect to place it in the same space as the music.

This has been an incredibly interesting experience - there is an intensity to the 285 Hz music that I didn't expect. I gradually increased and decreased the intensity as it progresses as this just felt right to me and stopped it becoming too overwhelming. 

I have used natural sounds including an eastern gong in the 285 Hz.  I have also used forest sounds, ocean waves and flowing rivers subtly throughout both tracks.

396 Hz: Root Chakra, Destroy Unconscious Blockages: Eliminates Fear, for liberating one from fear and guilt.  The 396 Hz frequency is part of the ancient Solfeggio Scale. Discovered through numerology, 396 Hz is used in Sound Healing to help free the listener from fear and guilt, and to rebalance the root chakra. The Solfeggio frequencies were created centuries ago and used by Benedictine monks to create chants & hymns.

The 369 Hz music I actually fell in love with as I was working with it. I found it incredibly relaxing once it had been processed to 369 Hz and I ended up removing a musical part that originally played a few notes. Once again this seemed to make it more powerful.  I have used natural sounds including an eastern gong in the 285 Hz and Tibetan singing bowls in the 369 Hz. I found well recorded royalty free sounds of these and processed them to their respective frequencies. The Tibetan singing bowls are very subtle but do ring for quite a while during the music. I have also used forest sounds, ocean waves and flowing rivers subtly throughout both tracks.

For this I have used metal singing bowl sounds at the 417 Hz frequency and slow pulsing notes that increase in speed and number toward the end. I felt that a grandiose, almost church like atmosphere felt right with this one. As before it is broken into two halves with the intensity increasing. I am using subtle white noise that pans between the left and right speaker to introduce the increase in intensity. Nature sounds are prominent throughout and it ends with a pure 432 Hz tone

I have just increased the length of this one as I felt it needed to move much slower in the beginning and the ending. I've used crystal singing bowls (used for healing) except they have been processed to 432 Hz. I have used more 'pure' sounds for this and introduced a subtle pulsing in the second half which follows the tempo of a heartbeat and increases in energy. The ending is a pure tone - in particular this felt right and I think really works after with the spoken prayers.

Opens with churchlike chords with a healing bowl sound. There is a high pitched sound that moves between two notes to simulate breathing. This slows down, in fact the whole track slows down in tempo as it moves deeper. I have used the sound of a crackling fire as a comfort while the pure tones become more prominent. There is a very, very subtle heartbeat/blood rushing sound used briefly and the track ends with the pure tones.

This particular frequency is believed to clean cluttering brain waves and detox negative emotions.  Listen in the morning for a great productive day or/and in the night before sleep for a great relaxing state of mind.  Try to stay calm and silent for maximum effectiveness.

Opens with a healing gong (processed to the correct frequency) and I am using long slow pulses of a major chord, almost like a pulse of light. This is slightly different in left and right ears. As the track moves into a more intense phase there are comforting ocean waves fairly prominent which seemed to fit. The pure tones are increased in intensity towards the end and the churchlike sounds return.
